We’re not going to write a long section here about who you are because you are all unique individuals who will be coming to the retreat day for a variety of reasons. You might be seeking self discovery, relaxation, time to yourself, an opportunity to be creative, something different to do with friends. 

And whatever your motivation we’re here for you and it. 

Our retreat day is only available to women, the nature of the event and creation of a safe space is a core principle to this day. 

We want you to arrive and feel part of something, bringing you together and looking after you is what we love. We all have stories to share and through my final art project in 2025 I connected deeply with many women over the stories we need to share and hear to understand none of us are alone. 

Think of this day as a really intensive women’s circle. We will be opening up our understanding of who we are, who we were, who we’re becoming and connecting with other women to hear their stories as part of this day. 

We also want to connect you with your creative side, you don’t need to consider yourself arty or cretaive this is a deeply intuitive form of art where you will sculpt and craft your inner goddess. Taking time out to be creative is extremely restorative for the nervous system and this is strengthened with clay that literally connects us to earth.

We have designed the day to provide a balance of introspection and connection along with rest periods because we understand doing the work is hard.
